Sea of Expanding Shapes by Buckethead

intro

e----6--------------9--------------11----------9--
b----6--------------9--------------11----------9--
g-------------------------------------------------
d-------------------------------------------------
a-------------------------------------------------
E-------------------------------------------------

the main riff is just like the intro, only you slide from note to note and strum it...
you can mute the B string if you want. as for the solo, that's something that's not
to be messed with...it's a great solo and I love it. I came across this song while
I was just messing around one day....sounds just like it.

main riff

e----6-6-6-6/9-9-9-9-9/11-11-11-11-11-\9-9-9-9-9
b----x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x

nice melodic part (I may be missing some notes to make the full chord)

e--6-6-6-6-6-6-6
b--6-6-6-6-6h7p6
g--6-6-6-6-6-6-6

a little ways into the song, he throws in a pull off from the 11th fret to the 10th
to tweak the sound a little.

e----6-6-6-6/9-9-9-9-9/11-11-11p10-11-11p10-9-9-9-9

I love this solo so much, it's amazing. I was really pleased when I got even part of this solo done, because I never thought I'd play it. After where I got to, it gets a bit more difficult, so I'll leave it to someone else to finish.
Also, not having a wah pedal is somewhat restricting when tabbing this solo.

OK, thats as far as I'm going right now... if I work any more out I'll update it, but this should give you a good starter. For anyone who's gonna attempt to improvise here, the scale is an extended D# Pentatonic (I think that's it's name :S)

Good luck to everyone who tries it!
